Do you ship internationally? Right now we ship exclusively within the United States, and every order ships free with no minimum. We're focused on getting that experience right before expanding further.

What is your shipping time? Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 10-18 business days, and you'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, contact us at velora.mediadirector@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.
